Scenesafe® Delivery Policy

The Scenesafe Unit is committed to minimising the cost our customers pay for delivery and to improving the speed of our order fulfilment.

Shipping and Handling

Orders for products that are in stock, placed before 12:00 on weekdays [excluding public holidays] will be despatched the same day, wherever possible.

Orders that are placed after 12:00, on weekdays, on weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

It is our intention to deliver on weekdays only, although we can arrange weekend deliveries if required.
It is possible to select a specific date when you require your order to be delivered.  Where this option is selected we aim to ensure that delivery is achieved on the specified date.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept any claim arising from failure to deliver on the specified dates unless agreed expressly beforehand.

Shipments are made directly from our warehouse normally although Scenesafe may find it necessary to ship directly from a distributor’s warehouse to ensure that you get your order as quickly as possible.  This will not affect the terms and condition of sale.

Delivery within mainland UK

For deliveries, we use a commercial courier, for all orders of £75.00 or more [excluding VAT] we will offer next working day delivery free of charge.  For orders of less than £75.00 [excluding VAT] we will offer next working day delivery and a delivery charge will apply.

For any order value, where a next day delivery guaranteed before noon,  Saturday delivery or same day delivery is required we can arrange this on your behalf but a delivery charge would be made dependent on the service required.  Please contact the Scenesafe Unit for more information on this.

Delivery charges will be advised when the order is placed and will be confirmed in the order confirmation, delivery note and invoice documentation.

Standing and Call Off orders will be offered standard delivery free of charge against pre-arranged delivery dates.  Changes to these dates may incur a delivery charge.
All part orders caused by an out of stock situation will be delivered free of charge at the earliest opportunity.

Returns Policy

Whilst we hope that our customers are satisfied completely with any Scenesafe product purchased, in case of errors or faults we aim to make the returns process as quick and convenient as possible. 

If there has been an error in your order and you need to return goods to us please contact the Scenesafe Unit who can make the necessary arrangements on your behalf.  Where you have been charged an inappropriate delivery charge for any erroneous goods sent we will make the necessary financial adjustments.  Such errors should be identified to us within seven working days of receipt of the goods.

If any of the items are faulty or damaged please contact the Scenesafe Unit who will arrange for replacement materials or a refund to be made.  All items being returned will be inspected for manufacturing defect and the internal quality feedback system will be initiated to ensure that the appropriate actions are taken to resolve the issue.

To return items please use our returns form and enclose a copy of our delivery note to you.  Please make sure that the goods are securely packaged in order to prevent any damage in transit.  If you are advised to return the items using the post we recommend that you use a recorded delivery which will provide you with the necessary insurable, traceable service. 

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Changes to Specifications

Whilst we endeavour to ensure the accuracy of the product specifications, there may be minor changes made without notice.
