GSR products (and the environment in which they are produced) are quality checked by sampling before and during production. Each batch is QC cleared prior to release to the customer. Primer QC is carried out by FSS firearms chemistry scientists using current ‘best practice’ analysis techniques. Propellant QC is carried out by an external agency on behalf of the FSS.
